| Procedure
Samples are obtained from two alleged siblings ( sample from mother if same or both the mothers if different is highly recommended to increase the probability of relationship). DNA collection is done in the convenience of your own home by rubbing a swab (provided in the kit) on the inside of the cheek. DNA can also be extracted from hair, tissue or dried biological fluids such as blood or mucus. After the specimens are collected they should be sent to our laboratory for analysis. The results are available within 10-15 business days (express service is available). The personal sibling test can not be used in a court of law because we can not verify the collection process.
